How long will my order take?

Every piece is printed to order, which takes 2–5 business days. Once it ships, delivery within Australia usually takes another 5–10 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. International delivery times vary depending on where you are, and shipping costs are shown at checkout.

How do I pick the right size?

Every clothing product has a size chart in its description. Most of our tops are a unisex fit. If you're between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because each piece is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How should I wash my Orvane gear?

Wash cold and inside out, then hang dry or tumble dry low. Don't iron directly over the print. Your piece will look better for longer.

My order hasn't arrived. What now?

If it hasn't turned up within 20 business days, email us and we'll sort it out.
