Refund policy

Every Orvane piece is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us at dbob41232@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
